Early Childhood Screening is a quick and simple check of how your child is learning and growing. The state of Minnesota recommends this at age 3 and requires this for kindergarten and preschool entrance.
This is an introductory class for participants ages 5-7 who have not attended gymnastics previously. Class sizes will be kept smaller. Your child will be taught the basic fundamentals of gymnastics and tumbling on all apparatus (vault, bars, beam, and floor) by participating in skill stations. Emphasis will be placed on coordination, movement and stretching.
This is the perfect class for kids who will be entering Kindergarten, or Kindergartener/first graders who have not attended gymnastics before!
Per instructor request, parents and siblings are not allowed in the gymnastics area during instruction time. The first class class perios will allow family members to meet the instructor and see the space. After that the expectation is that ALL non-participants leave the class space and return at the end of the class time.
