Stroke Refinement: Swimmers will have the opportunity to build endurance and improve their technique of all six strokes. Level 5 swimmers must complete their strokes for up to 50 yards, while level 6 swimmers will perform their strokes for up to 100 yards. As they build upon their swimming capabilities, they will also learn new skills, including flip turns. This program also emphasizes the development of water safety.
