Minds in Motion is an interactive parent-child movement class designed to build coordination, strength, and confidence through engaging activities.
Each session incorporates themed movement exploration, introducing foundational gymnastics-based skills while encouraging problem-solving, balance, and motor planning. With a focus on parent participation, this class creates a supportive and playful environment where little ones can learn, explore, and grow at their own pace with guidance, support, and role modeling from their parent.
