Growing Up Healthy in a Tech-Filled World
Early Childhood Family Education / Evening Classes -
2025
Raising young children in the digital age can feel overwhelming, especially with constant messages about what you should or shouldn’t do. This practical, shame-free session offers caregivers simple, research-informed strategies to support healthy technology habits for children ages 0–5. Together, we’ll explore realistic boundaries, ways to prioritize connection and play, and how to navigate screens in a way that supports-not replaces-your child’s development.
Please note: at this time, child care is not provided for this parent session. If you want to attend and need child care, please reach out to Kayla Gruber directly at kgruber@lfalls.k12.mn.us. Infants can attend with their caregiver.
