Perfect for beginners, we’ll start with the fundamentals—conditioning, approaches, and line-ups—then dive headfirst into all of the categories of diving: Forwards, Backs, Reverses, Inwards, and Twisters.

Important Note: Participants must already know how to swim, as this class does NOT include swimming instruction.
