Ashley’s years working in the mental health field led her on a search for complementary healing modalities for the mind, body, and soul. After experiencing the many benefits of energy work for herself, it became apparent that she had found a path that allowed her to use her gifts in a truly fulfilling way. Ashley is an Energy Practitioner who utilizes empathy, compassion, and intuition with each of her clients. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where individuals can find their path to healing and are gently guided back to their own inner wisdom. She is a master level Reiki Practitioner and certified in Sound and Vibrational therapies. 

Angela Seutter, a former elementary teacher, now combines her expertise as a trauma-informed Holistic Life Coach with her love for creative expression as a Meditative Painting Instructor. She teaches dot painting as a mindful practice that encourages relaxation, focus, and fun. Angela’s classes provide a space for participants to unwind, explore their creativity, and experience the therapeutic effects of this relaxing art form on both mind and body.
