High School Workouts

This class is ONLY for those who participated on the High School team during the previous gymnastics season. Class registration will be by invitation only, and a passcode will be provided to participants prior to class enrollment. It is designed to complement high school gymnastics with Summer conditioning, and is instructed by the Varsity coaching staff. 

PLEASE NOTE: Parents and siblings are not allowed in the gymnastics area during instruction time.  The last day of each session will be a time for parents to come in and see the awesome skills their athlete has learned!
