Karate

Learn authentic Japanese Karate. Striking, punching, and kicking your way to better health, improved coordination, concentration, and overall flexibility. Develop athletic skills applicable to many sports and recreation. This class is open to anyone with little or no experience. There is an opportunity for rank advancement and competition.

This class will be held in the PAC of Lindbergh Elementary. This is a 'separating' class, where only the participant is allowed in the instruction space. Students and families are not allowed in any other are of the building while waiting for Karate, please be prompt for drop off and pick up at door #12 of Lindbergh Elementary.
K-2nd grade students will ride a transfer bus from Lincoln Elementary to Lindbergh, then enter the building and go into the PAC.
