This course is for gymnasts who have passed level one. In this hour-long class, gymnasts will participate in a warm-uproutine that helps them build their strength and flexibility. Gymnasts will then split into small groups to work with coaches to learn gymnastics skills on all four events. Some skills worked on in this class are:

Vault: Hurdle and arm circle onto a spring board onto feet up onto Resi and a Standing Handstand Flat-back on 8” Mat. 

Bars: Pull-up / pull over from standing, tap Swings (with regrip), casts, backhip circles, and squat-ons.

Beam: Jumps and turns on the medium/high beam. Cartwheels and handstands on the low beam. 

Floor: Jumps and leaps with good form. Cartwheels with good form. Bridge kick overs and back walk-overs.
