This class is for gymnasts in Kindergarten and older or those who have passed the Munchkin level.  In this 45-minute class, gymnasts will warm up and stretch with a few fun songs. Gymnasts will then split into small groups to work with coaches to learn gymnastics skills on all four events. Some skills worked on in this class are:

Vault: Pumping arms while running, tight body standing jumps and rebounds, and arm circles.

Bars: Front support, hollow casts, pull overs, and beginning to learn a squat-on.

Beam: Becoming more comfortable on the meduim/high beam by walking, kicking, and jumping. 

Floor: Straight jumps, forward rolls, backwards rolls, bridges, and beginning to  learn a cartwheel.
