With energizing rhythms, easy-to-learn patterns, and just the right amount of challenge, you’ll step, lift, kick, and groove your way to stronger legs, better balance, and a happier heart—without pounding your joints.

Each class starts with a gentle warm-up, builds into choreographed step sequences that grow with you, and finishes with a well-earned cool-down stretch. Whether you're brand new or a seasoned stepper, you’ll find options for every fitness level. Add risers or weights for extra intensity, keep it low-impact, or simply enjoy the rhythm at your own pace.

Hey everyone!  I am Kathy Marshik. Through my passion for wellbeing and fitness, I have been motivating society for 32 years.  I have taught at small fitness studios, military bases, workplace workout programs, and often just for fun. My group workout experience includes HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Circuit training, Step and floor aerobics, kickboxing, sculpt/toning, Pilates and yoga. Through many travels, I attend group fitness classes to learn new inspirational workouts. I study group fitness through Athletics and Fitness Association of America. My workouts include step cardio, sculpting, stretching and relaxation with many twists of high energy and laughter. I find something for everyone no matter your fitness level. When I lead a class it’s about mind, body and soul wellness and fun.
