Summer Track & Field

Join Us for Track & Field Skills Clinic!

Come and get an introduction to what Track & Field is all about! This skills-focused clinic is led by our varsity coaching staff along with current high school athletes, giving participants a chance to learn directly from experienced competitors.

Athletes will be guided through daily warm-up routines and a variety of workouts designed to introduce the skills and build confidence in:

Field Events: High Jump, Long Jump, and Shot Put
Running Events: Sprints, longer distances (optional), and hurdles

This clinic is focused on learning, development, and having fun—there are no competitions or meets, making it a great opportunity for beginners or those looking to improve their skills in a supportive environment.
