Each session is dedicated to a core area of play—passing and defense, setting, serve and serve receive, and hitting and blocking—allowing athletes to train with purpose and intention. Players will receive detailed instruction, high-repetition drills, and individualized feedback to help sharpen fundamentals and improve consistency in game-like situations.

Whether you’re a back-row specialist, setter, or front-row attacker, these sessions are structured to meet you where you are and push you to the next level. Athletes are encouraged to register for the sessions that best align with their position and goals, or participate in multiple sessions for a well-rounded training experience.
