MRR DIVE is designed to help participants gain and develop basic competitive diving skills. 

Students need to know how to swim, as basic swim skills will NOT be taught in this class. You will start with the basics of diving - conditioning, approaches, line ups, and try all of the categories of diving: Forwards, Backs, Reverses, Inwards and Twisters. 

Previous diving experience is not required.
