Team Workouts
This class is ONLY for those who will participate on the High School team during the 26-27 gymnastics season. Class registration will be by invitation only, and a passcode will be provided to participants prior to class enrollment. It is designed to complement High School gymnastics.
PLEASE NOTE: Parents and siblings are not allowed in the gymnastics area during instruction time.
