We offer a variety of courses for all skill levels—whether you're just picking up a racket or preparing for varsity competition. Our tennis lessons are a great way to learn the game, build skills, and stay active in a fun and supportive environment. Grades K-5, Beginner: This class is designed for those who are new to tennis. Players will start with the basics, including how to properly hold and swing a racket. Fundamental strokes such as forehands, backhands, volleys, and serves will be introduced. Emphasis is placed on developing coordination, control, and the ability to rally. Grades K-5, Advanced: For players who are comfortable with the basic strokes and want to work on consistency, accuracy, and strategy. This class focuses on refining technique, point construction, and match play situations. Players will also have the opportunity to play out games and sets. Please note: The instructors will assess skill level of athletes in grades K-5, and may move them between beginner/advanced based on mastery of skills. Grades 6–11: Designed for middle and high school girls who are planning on competing in JV or varsity tennis. This session includes individual instruction along with group training in speed, agility, and strength—specifically tailored for tennis performance. The focus is on preparing players physically and mentally for competitive high school play. Match Play: Match Play is open to players who want to put their skills into action in a friendly but competitive environment. Held on Tuesdays, these sessions offer structured matches where players can gain valuable experience, practice game strategy, and enjoy the excitement of real match situations. It’s a perfect supplement to lessons and a great way to improve through competetive play.
