November 10, 2025 First Day Meeting Location & Time: Little Falls Gymnastics Arena, 3:30-6:15pmPractice times will vary after the first day depending on their skill level.- Group 2 Training Time: 3:30-5:00pm (Mon, Tues and Thurs)- Group 1 Training Time: 4:15-6:15pm (Mon, Tues and Thurs) 3:30-5:30 (Wed and Fri) Supplies Needed: Leotard, spandex shorts (no loose clothing), filled water bottle, wrist guards or grips (if they wear them) and hair up TIGHT! Waitlist7-12 Gymnastics Team Open GymGymnasticsThis open gym time is exclusively for members of the Little Falls 7–12 2025-2026 upcoming gymnastics high school team. Sessions are $10 per day, payable in person at the gym. Pre-registration is required, and spots are limited. Please note: these sessions are not open to the public—only current team members may participate.2025
