Summer Track & Field
Join Us for Track & Field Skills Clinic! Come and get an introduction to what Track & Field is all about! This skills-focused clinic is led by our varsity coaching staff along with current high school athletes, giving participants a chance to learn directly from experienced competitors. Athletes will be guided through daily warm-up routines and a variety of workouts designed to introduce the skills and build confidence in: Field Events: High Jump, Long Jump, and Shot Put Running Events: Sprints, longer distances (optional), and hurdles This clinic is focused on learning, development, and having fun—there are no competitions or meets, making it a great opportunity for beginners or those looking to improve their skills in a supportive environment. We look forward to a fun and engaging experience full of growth, learning, and teamwork! 🏃♂️✨ -
Winter Running Club
Looking to stay active (and sane) during the winter months? Join our After-School Winter Running Club! This group is for students in grades 5–12 who want a fun, supportive crew to run with twice a week after school. When: Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:30–4:30 PM Where: Meet at the high school by the trophy cases at 3:30. We’ll wrap up by 4:30 each day. What we’ll do: We’ll run outdoors most days to enjoy the fresh air and build endurance. If the weather is truly miserable, we’ll move inside and run on the treadmills or in the high school halls. What you need: Good running shoes Warm layers you can move in A positive attitude and willingness to try your best 😊 Come run, laugh, and keep your winter energy up with us! -
Youth Track & Field
Join Us for Track & Field! Come and get an introduction to what Track & Field is all about! Our youth coaches will lead athletes through daily warm-up routines and a variety of workouts designed to teach the fundamentals of running, jumping, and throwing. Athletes will have the opportunity to try a variety of events, including: Field Events: High Jump, Long Jump, and Shot Put Running Events: Sprints, longer distances (optional), and hurdles There will be at least two meets where athletes will compete against 5th and 6th graders from other schools. This is a great opportunity to experience friendly competition and showcase new skills! Additional Information: Transportation to and from meets will be provided. Athletes will receive a team shirt to wear at meets. Please make sure athletes come dressed appropriately for outdoor practices, as spring weather can be unpredictable. In the case of inclement weather, practices will be held indoors at the middle school or at Lindbergh. We look forward to a fun and exciting season of learning, growth, and competition! 🏃♂️🏅
