Youth Cross Country
Ready to hit the trails and discover a love for running? Our Grades 4–6 Cross Country program is the perfect way for young athletes to build endurance, confidence, and teamwork while having fun outdoors!
Veteran coaches Mattia and Zean Baker will lead participants through engaging practices that focus on proper running form, pacing, warm-ups, and endurance-building games and workouts. Whether your child is an experienced runner or trying cross country for the first time, everyone is welcome!
Throughout the season, athletes will have the opportunity to compete in four 1-mile cross country meets, racing against students from other schools in a fun and encouraging environment. The emphasis is on personal growth, sportsmanship, and doing your best!
