Adults with Exceptional Abilities: USA FLAG CRAFT
Adults with Exceptional Abilities: USA Flag Craft
Kick off our Adults with Exceptional Abilities program with a hands-on USA flag craft! Participants will create their own decorative American flag to take home and proudly display. This project is designed to be engaging, creative, and adaptable for a variety of ability levels, with guidance and support provided throughout.
Missy Kahl, a paraprofessional from LFCHS, will facilitate the activity and help participants enjoy a fun and welcoming environment focused on creativity and connection.
This class is part of a monthly series held on the first Saturday of each month, featuring different crafts and activities throughout the year. Participants are encouraged to share ideas for future projects they’d like to try.
Attendees of many ability levels are welcome. If you require assistance to participate independently, please attend with your own personal assistant and any necessary equipment. Class fees directly support the participant enrolled, and all materials for the USA flag project will be provided for participants.
If you have questions about participation or accommodations, please contact Community Services—we’re happy to help create a plan that works for you.
