Child and Babysitting Safety ClassYouthThe Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from the American Safety and Health Institute provides everything you need to know for safe and successful babysitting. The students will receive their certification card and instructions to access a digital copy of the CABS student book at the end of class. Topics cover everything from getting started with your business to collaborating with parents and children, safety, safe sleep practices, caregiving, emergencies, and basic first aid. CABS will help set you up for babysitting success. Students must be present for the entire class and complete the core learning objectives to receive certification, valid for two years. Students attend this class independently and should come prepared with a notebook and pen.2026 -

In Cupcake Wars: Youth Edition, participants will roll up their sleeves to bake their own cupcakes from scratch. While the cupcakes cool, everyone will enjoy a fun Dinner break together. (Dinner provided by Ms. B) Then the real challenge begins—our Cupcake Decorating Wars! With a wide variety of edible decorations to choose from, youth will design, frost, and decorate their cupcakes in imaginative ways. From sprinkles and candies to colorful frosting and creative toppings, the possibilities are endless. Driver's Education - ClassroomDriver's ServicesClasses will meet for three hours each class session. Students enrolling in Classroom Driver's Education should be within 2 months of turning 15 by the end of the last date of the Driver's Education Class. Students MUST BE 15 in order to take the permit test. PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGES TO THE PAYMENT PROCESS. THE REGISTRATION FEE HOLDS YOUR PARTICIPANTS' SPOT IN THE CLASS. THE REMAINING CLASS FEE AND BEHIND-THE-WHEEL COSTS REQUIRE PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO MILLE LACS DRIVING INSTRUCTION. 2026 FEE SCHEDULE IS $125 FOR CLASSROOM EDUCATION, AND $320 FOR BEHIND-THE-WHEEL. E-sports ClinicEnrichmentThis summer the Little Falls Flyer esports program will be offering an opportunity for younger players to play with and learn from the players on our high school E-Sports team. Meet the team, learn some new tricks, experience our competition titles in our esports lab. Parents are welcome to stay. Information about the program will be available. All participants will be getting personal coaching and significant game time experience at our high school facilities over the course of 3 sessions of 3 hours each. We will be offering 6 games for participants to play and train: Minecraft Bedwars Marvel Rivals Fortnight Rocket League Super Smash Bros Ultimate MarioKart The clinic is open to students that are incoming 5th graders through incoming 9th graders. What to expect: Minecraft,Fortnite, Rivals, and Rocket League players will have their own assigned computer to use for the duration of the clinic. If these players use a controller normally to play at home, they should bring it with them. There will be keyboards, mice and headsets on hand for those that need one. You are welcome, and encouraged, to bring your own keyboard, mouse, controller and headset. Smash bros players will share the use of two console stations with 4 controllers each. You are welcome to bring your own switch controller if you would like. MarioKart players will share the use of two console stations with 4 controllers each. You are welcome to bring your own switch controller if you would like. Participants should bring a sealable bottle for water. We will not allow open liquid containers in the room. Participants will be expected to treat the staff, the facility and any supplied equipment respectfully. If there are behavioral issues, the staff reserve the right to ask a participant to leave, and will foreit their enrollment fee. During the two-hour session, children will enjoy a variety of age-appropriate toys, activities, and free play in a nurturing, structured environment. Firearm SafetyEnrichmentThis firearm safety course REQUIRES the successful completion of online hunter safety course, which can be found HERE. Once completed, participants will attend an in-person classroom review/test and firearms fundamental session. The first day of this class will be held Friday, August 14th at the Community Services building. Participants will be tested on the course material they learned during the online class, as well as participate in safe handling of different types of firearms. The field day experience consists of seven required scenario-based training opportunities. These scenarios allow students to learn and demonstrate commonly accepted principles of safety in hunting and the handling of firearms (including shooting a .22 caliber rifle on a range.) Field day is scheduled for Saturday, August 15th at the Eastern Morrison County Sportsman's Club, weather permitting. Listed time is 8:30am-12:00pm, but it may end earlier. Lunch will be provided for all participants and volunteers through generous donations from the community. Parent/guardian volunteers are needed and appreciated on Field Day. If you are able and willing to assist with Field Day, please answer 'Yes' during the enrollment process. After successful completion of the DNR Hunter Safety Course you will be required to complete safety certificate information online. After successful completion of the field day, each student will receive their Firearms Safety Certification directly from the DNR. A DNR REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT AUGUST 14TH OR 15TH. PARTICIPANTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPLETE THE CLASS WITHOUT THIS COMPLETED FORM.2026 -
Flag FootballFootball🏈 FLAG FOOTBALL IS BACK! 🏈 After a year off, Flag Football is making its exciting return for students in 2nd–4th grade! Get ready to learn the fundamentals of football, build your skills, and have a blast with friends. Participants will practice on Mondays: September 21, September 28, October 5, and October 12 at 5:30pm at the Lindbergh Practice Fields. During these sessions, players will work on passing, catching, flag pulling, teamwork, and game strategy. The best part? You'll get the unique opportunity to practice and learn alongside members of the Varsity Football Team! Our high school players will help teach skills, encourage young athletes, and make each practice a memorable experience. Then, after four weeks of practice, it's game time! Players will take the field during Youth Night at the Varsity Football Game on Wednesday, October 14 at 7:00 PM. Participants will have the chance to showcase what they've learned and experience the excitement of Friday night football under the lights!
