FAB FootballFootballLittle Falls Community Services is once again excited to announce the sign-up opportunity for FAB Football. Players who will be in the 5th & 6th grades for the 2025-2026 school year are eligible to participate in the 4-week Fall program. FAB Football is an opportunity for our young players to learn the necessary skills, positions, and developmental techniques in the game of football. Players will practice in full equipment during the evening practices (helmets, shoulder pads, etc). With player safety in mind for our youngsters, contact and tackling will be limited throughout practices to keep players as safe and healthy as possible. Our goal is that at least one scrimmage will take place near the end of the year against an out of town team. All players will be REQUIRED to appear for player equipment distribution at the practice field near the varsity softball field on Thursday, Sept. 11th from 6:00-7:00 PM. This will be the ONLY time the equipment shed will be open for access to equipment, so please be respectful of coaches' and volunteers' time.2025

Gather and Grow, presented by Fields of Plenty FarmAdult EducationJoin us for a hands-on floral experience at the heart of our working farm! Gather & Grow is not only a flower arranging experince—it's a celebration of nature, beauty, and community as we come together to learn what the land can provide for us and how we take care of the land in return. Begin your morning with a guided tour of Fields of Plenty Farm, where you’ll learn about our sustainable growing practices of both food and flowers, opportunities to experience Fields of Plenty, and how we care for the land that brings these blooms to life. Then, head into the field to hand-pick your own flowers, learning what to look for—from stem strength to bloom stage—to create a bouquet that’s both vibrant and long-lasting. You will then take your arrangement home with you to share with your loved ones. Under the guidance of Joelle, owner and operator of Fields of Plenty Farm, you’ll discover the art of local flower production and arrangement: growing cycles, color pairing, anatomy, structure, balance, and vase life. By the end of class, you'll take home a stunning, hand-crafted bouquet that’s uniquely yours. Don’t forget to explore our charming farm stand, filled with seasonal produce, artisan bread, fresh flowers, and a curated selection of local goods—perfect for turning your day on the farm into a full-sensory experience. Come ready to smile with others, spend time in the great outdoors, and leave with your hands (and heart) full.2025
