This class is for gymnasts in Kindergarten and older or those who have passed the Munchkin level. In this 45-minute class, gymnasts will warm up and stretch with a few fun songs. Gymnasts will then split into small groups to work with coaches to learn gymnastics skills on all four events. Some skills worked on in this class are: Vault: Pumping arms while running, tight body standing jumps and rebounds, and arm circles. Bars: Front support, hollow casts, pull overs, and beginning to learn a squat-on. Beam: Becoming more comfortable on the meduim/high beam by walking, kicking, and jumping. Floor: Straight jumps, forward rolls, backwards rolls, bridges, and beginning to learn a cartwheel.

HYBRID CDL THEORY COURSE Driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) requires a higher level of knowledge, experience, skills, and physical abilities than that required to drive a non-commercial vehicle. In order to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), an applicant must pass both skills and knowledge testing geared to these higher standards. This Hybrid CDL Theory Course provides the classroom portion of the CDL endorsement steps and satisfies all Entry Level Driver's Training (ELDT) theory requirements. Students will complete the required coursework independently, allowing for a flexible schedule and individualized pacing. In addition to independent coursework, students will participate in two required one-on-one instructional meetings with a licensed instructor. These sessions are held by appointment and provide personalized guidance, review of required content, and verification of coursework completion. Meeting locations will be determined by mutual agreement between the instructor and participant. Course content includes: Basic operation of a CDL vehicle Pre-trip inspection Safe operating procedures Advanced operating procedures Vehicle systems and malfunctions Non-driving activities This is a reading and coursework-intensive class. A licensed instructor will be available for assistance and questions throughout the process. After completing ELDT requirements, students must complete behind-the-wheel training independently. No behind-the-wheel training is provided as part of this course; however, resources will be shared by the instructor. If your future includes needing a CDL endorsement, this course provides the knowledge necessary to become licensed while offering a flexible, cost-effective training option. Enter California “sushi” Rolls that overwhelmingly turn the strong “NO’s” into strong yeses! Join Tess as she walks you through how to make a variety of the most marvelous California rolls that will make you wonder why you haven’t tried to make your own before. California “sushi” roll combinations are only limited by your imagination! Make them vegetarian, with or without seaweed, spicy or not, it is totally up to you! Learn the skill of creating delicious seasoned sushi rice, spicy mayo, and how to stuff, wrap / shape the rolls, with wonderful filling ingredients. One of these fillings is a “crab” salad that will be created using crabsticks. Make it a date night or family night as you create lasting memories in your kitchen! The Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from the American Safety and Health Institute provides everything you need to know for safe and successful babysitting. The students will receive their certification card and instructions to access a digital copy of the CABS student book at the end of class. Topics cover everything from getting started with your business to collaborating with parents and children, safety, safe sleep practices, caregiving, emergencies, and basic first aid. CABS will help set you up for babysitting success. Students must be present for the entire class and complete the core learning objectives to receive certification, valid for two years. Students attend this class independently and should come prepared with a notebook and pen.

From cozy fall projects to cheerful winter creations and beyond, every session is a new adventure in making something special. Bring your creativity—and maybe a little glitter too! Lincoln kids will be able to ride their normal bus over to Lindbergh, where a helper will get them off the bus and into the classroom - easy breezy!

Creative Calm: Mandala Dot Painting Slow down and experience the calming art of mandala dot painting. You’ll explore dotting techniques using a variety of tools before creating your own unique mandala on a 4x4 canvas with step-by-step guidance. No need to consider yourself artistic. This class is designed for beginners and skeptics alike. Many are surprised by how soothing and enjoyable the process becomes once they begin. All materials are included. Class is approximately 90 minutes.Open to teens and adults.

We’re opening up our gymnastics space for any families or groups who are free during daytime hours—including homeschoolers, preschoolers, stay-at-home families, caregivers, and anyone wanting active indoor play! Kids can jump, climb, tumble, and explore in a safe, welcoming environment—perfect for getting the wiggles out, building skills, and having fun with friends. Open gym time is monitored by one of our gymnastics coaches, so safety is a high priority. ECFE+1 Age Group: 3-year-olds Overview: ECFE+1 is a unique early childhood class designed for families who want to provide their 3-year-old with additional classroom experience and socialization opportunities. This program blends the supportive, parent-child engagement of Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) with the structured learning environment of a traditional preschool. Class Structure: Parent & Child Day: Once per week, parents attend with their child for an interactive ECFE session. This time includes guided play, early learning activities, and a parenting discussion facilitated by an early childhood educator. Parents will gain insights into child development and strategies to support learning at home. Preschool Day: On the second day each week, children attend independently, experiencing a preschool-style classroom with hands-on activities, peer interactions, and foundational learning experiences that build social-emotional and early academic skills.
