  • Spring Tennis

    Participants will be taught the drills and skills necessary to improve tennis techniques and become a better player. There will be plenty of game time and fun! Students in grades 4 - 8 from the area may register for after school tennis and join instructors Julie LaFlamme and Greg Spofford at the Middle School Tennis Courts. Parents, pick your child up promptly at 4:30 pm at the Middle School Tennis Courts.
  • Summer Tennis

    We offer a variety of courses for a range of skill levels, from just starting out to the varsity team. Tennis Lessons are a great opportunity to learn about tennis and stay active! Beg: This is for a person who is just starting out in tennis. This group will start out learning to strike with a racket. They will also learn the skills of forehands, backhands, volleys, and serving. We will begin to coordinate hitting and moving the ball. Adv: This class is for the player who knows how to hit many of the shots in tennis, but needs to work more on consistency. These players will also have more chances to play out games and sets. The player at this level will learn the strategy to win points and games. Group for grades 6-11: This session is for middle and high school girls who hope to play on the varsity or JV tennis teams during the next season. The classes will incorporate individual lessons as well as work sessions in speed, agility and strength specific to tennis.
