Reps for each move are high, so choose the weights that work best for you—this class is all about progress, not perfection. Perfect for all ability levels—modifications are offered for every move. What to bring: Light and heavy hand weights (suggested: 3lb–10lb) Yoga mat We provide: Resistance bands Yoga blocks Note: Community Services is working on obtaining sets of hand weights for class use. Morning Basketball
We encourage you to head into the High School gymnasium to play some basketball and keep physically fit. The building is easily accessible and both men's and women's locker rooms with showers are available for use. To keep our buildings secure, it is required that you register with Little Falls Community Services before you access the High School prior to the school day. This also allows us to contact you in regards to any emergency closings, etc. -
Move with Ease
"Move with Ease: Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program" Move with Ease is an Arthritis Foundation Exercise Class (AFEP) that is an evidence-based program and proven to be effective in managing arthritis symptoms. This class will minimize joint stress and maximize function for individuals with various types and stages of arthritis. These exercises will improve physical health, reduce pain, better mobility, increase energy, refine balance, and enhance daily activities resulting in increased independence and better social connections. We will focus on the whole body to improve joint range of motion, strength and endurance. Working on posture and core strength will improve stability, coordination and overall fitness. Exercises are adaptable and can be done in a chair, standing even on the floor (or bring home and do on a bed) if you are able and willing to try. Recommended for all fitness levels. What to bring: Exercise belt, gait belt or towel (5-8ft long) Used for stretching. Length needed depends on how flexible you are. Exercise mat (recommended not required) Bath towel for cushion/comfort if you choose to partake in floor exercises We provide: Resistance bands hand weights ankle weights ** Arthritis Foundation also claims participants may also be able to use funds from Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) with a Letter of Medical Necessity from their doctor recommending the program for arthritis management. -

Little Falls Community Services, in partnership with the Little Falls Chamber of Commerce, Morrison County Community Development and Rural MN CEP, is proud to host 'MADE HERE: MORRISON COUNTY CAREER & BUSINESS EXPO'—an exciting opportunity to connect job seekers with local employers and showcase the amazing manufacturing businesses in and around Morrison County. Students and other community members will have the opportunity to sign up for guided tours of local manufacturing businesses during Morrison County Manufacturing Week. These tours aim to showcase the many career pathways available in our area and give attendees a behind-the-scenes look at local operations. Businesses will have the opportunity to lead a 20-minute breakout session during the expo. Use this time to highlight your business, share specific needs (like job openings or internships), and connect directly with students and community members as a group. It’s a great chance to showcase what you do and why it matters, and how you get there! We are seeking vendors including manufacturers, business owners, agricultural businesses, and more! Whether you're hiring, growing your brand, or simply want to connect with the community to share your story—this event is for you. Vendor registration includes:-A 6-foot table and chairs-Social media promotion through Little Falls Community Services and the Little Falls Chamber of Commerce-Business contact info included in materials handed out at the event-Refreshments provided for vendors and attendees During registration, vendors can:-Submit a logo and short company write-up for marketing-Request a 20-minute breakout session to present job openings or highlight your business model Set-up begins at 3:30, and as late as 5:00 PM through Door 19 at the Little Falls Community Middle School (Commons Area entrance). Please bring a tablecloth, marketing materials, and optional giveaways or door prizes. Note: Vendors registering after October 1, 2025 may not be included in printed or digital marketing materials.
