Hall Walking
Several Little Falls schools will be open for you to walk in during the fall and winter months. We encourage you to walk, using ourschool facilities to keep physically fit. All buildings are easily accessible and have level walking surfaces that are free of snow and ice!Schedules for hall walking are as follows:Lincoln Elementary 4:00 PM - 7:00 PMLindbergh Elementary 4:00-8:00 PMLittle Falls Community Middle School 4:00 PM - 8:00 PMBeginning October 20 all listed sites will be open Monday through Friday, except holidays and non-school days. Other activities may be occurring in these buildings during walking hours. Access to area schools is as follows:Lincoln Elementary - Custodial Door #20 on the North side of the buildingLindbergh Elementary - Door #12, to the right of main entrance, on upper East side of buildingLittle Falls Middle School - Main Door #1 on the North side of the building Due to the high level of other activities that occur on a daily basis at the High School, no walking access is allowed in that building. Because of security issues, it is required that you register with Little Falls Community Services before beginning your walking program. This also allows us to contact you in regards to any emergency closings, etc. Prior to entering the buildings, each participant IS REQUIRED to pick up their hard plastic hall walking pass from the Community Services office, located at 14800 Riverwood Drive, Little Falls. Morning Basketball
We encourage you to head into the High School gymnasium to play some basketball and keep physically fit. The building is easily accessible and both men's and women's locker rooms with showers are available for use. To keep our buildings secure, it is required that you register with Little Falls Community Services before you access the High School prior to the school day. This also allows us to contact you in regards to any emergency closings, etc. -
Yoga Sculpt
Get ready to sweat, smile, and move in this transformative, full-body workout! Hot Beats & Burn blends vinyasa yoga with high-energy cardio and endurance training using hand weights and resistance bands. The vibe is upbeat, the music is loud, and the energy is nonstop—we’ll keep you moving and grooving from start to finish! Heated to 80°+, this class is designed to boost cardiovascular and muscular endurance, promote and maintain bone health, and help you build strength in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Reps for each move are high, so choose the weights that work best for you—this class is all about progress, not perfection. Perfect for all ability levels—modifications are offered for every move. What to bring: Light and heavy hand weights (suggested: 3lb–10lb) Yoga mat We provide: Resistance bands Yoga blocks Note: Community Services is working on obtaining sets of hand weights for class use. Indoor Pickleball
Already hooked on pickleball? This course is made for you! Whether you’ve taken a class before or just love a good game with friends, this is your chance to keep the fun going—no instruction needed. Bring your own paddle (balls are provided), and enjoy dedicated access to our indoor courts with a forgiving hard-rubber surface—perfect for smooth play, no matter the weather! Play Schedule: 🏐 Sundays (2–3 p.m.) – Women’s Exclusive Hour: Gather the gals for a fun, friendly, women-only session. 🎾 Tuesdays & Thursdays (5-7 p.m.) – Competitive Play: For experienced players who know the rules and are ready for fast-paced, high-energy matches. 😊 Sundays (3-6 p.m.), Mondays & Wednesdays (5-7:30 p.m.) – Casual Play: Open to all levels—perfect for relaxed games, social rallies, and plenty of laughs. Pass Options: Choose the access that fits your schedule! You pick the days you can attend! 2 days/week – $35 3 days/week – $50 All Access (40 total sessions) – $60 Players will coordinate their own court times within the designated schedule. If attendance exceeds available court space, a rotation schedule will be set, and participants will be notified through Community Services. Adult League Volleyball 2025-2026
This is an adult volleyball league with different levels of competition offered to women's and co-ed teams. There are two levels of play offered. The levels are described as follows: In the casual play league overhand serving NEEDS to be approved by both teams prior to play; In the power play league overhand serving is allowed at ALL times. Please note: If not enough teams (minimum 4 teams per level) are not registered, casual and power leagues will be combined, and overhand serving will be determined by teams. So please encourage friends to join, so eveyone has competitors at their level!League play is held in the evenings, with varied schedules based on number of teams registered. Schedule information will be shared upon registration completion. Basic times and locations are shown in the enrollment information, but is subject to change. League rules will be provided to all team captains to distribute. Click here for league rules This is an adult volleyball league. PLEASE DO NOT BRING CHILDREN TO GAMES. Teams will be asked to forfeit if this occurs. Community Services provides volleyballs, however, outside volleyballs are permitted. Food and beverages are not allowed in the gym spaces, but water bottles are allowed. -
Winter Wonderland Monster Cookies & Stuffed NYC Cookies Workshop!
Step into a sweet winter wonderland in this joyful holiday cookie workshop cook-along experience led by instructor Tess. Learn to create FOUR amazing gourmet cookies from scratch using two types of dough using Tess’ original recipes. Only requirement is being able to keep the recipes secret! First up, MONSTER COOKIE DOUGH will be used to craft two DIFFERENT types of Monster Cookies, one of which actually looks like the beloved Cookie Monster, and the other is more of a classic albeit moist, delicious, and decadent. They are MASSIVE, colorful, chewy, and loaded with festive mix-ins that are as fun to make, as they are to eat. Next, an out of this world dough will be created using a recipe Tess has never shared before that uses very unconventional mixing techniques. The dough will be used to create the ultimate bakery, NYC-Style stuffed cookies filled with dreamy indulgent centers like cheesecake, and fudgy brownie. Cookies will then be created, once again, using unconventional shaping and baking techniques! Tess will also demonstrate how to stuff cookies with the Viral Dubai Chocolate, and how to create her version of a most delicious Apple Crumble Stuffed NYC—style cookie. A step-by-step guided bake-along experience designed for cookie lovers of all ages full of holiday cheer and endless memories! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ While cooking-along is loads of fun, and highly recommended, it is optional. Make it a date night or family night as you create lasting memories in your kitchen! This class will take place on Zoom, free online software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting. A list of ingredients and class details will be received in advance of the class with enough time for shopping and preparation. The Instructor’s Personal Recipes from this class will be included in a professionally made PDF packet to be received by participants after the class. NOTE: The instructor’s recipes are copyrighted and are only shared with those who register for this class. As an added bonus, the instructor has created a private group and a public group on Facebook for participants of her cooking classes. Everyone will receive an invite to the groups although joining is optional. Come join the fun! Note: One registration fee for this online virtual interactive class can include immediate family members living full-time in the same home ONLY. If children are participating, adult supervision is required. If friends, adult children, or extended family members are gathering for a fun night together, EACH household must register SEPARATELY even if participating together. Fees are intended to benefit the participant of the class. All projects, activities and materials used for the class will only be provided for the participant. Make them for your family for a memorable holiday breakfast or wrap them up with bows and gift them to those you hold dear. After keeping her Copycat Cinnabon® (Cinnamon Roll) recipe a secret for MANY years, Tess has decided to share it EXCLUSIVELY to those that register for this class! She has often been told that her rolls are considered BETTER than actual Cinnabon® rolls. Potty Mouth Pottery Adults Only | Ages 18+ Join us for a night of creativity, laughter, and a little mischief at Potty Mouth Pottery! This adults-only event puts a cheeky twist on traditional pottery painting. Choose from simple shapes like mugs, plates, bowls, and more—then let your imagination run wild with vibrant glazes and silkscreen designs featuring your favorite swear words and witty sayings. Whether you keep it subtle or go bold, your finished piece is sure to be equal parts functional and hilarious. No experience necessary—just bring your sense of humor (and maybe a friend or two who appreciate good-natured profanity). We’ll provide everything you need: pottery, paints, silkscreens, and firing. Location: Shady's Main Street Grill in Randall, MN Cost: Price is determined by pottery choice (ranging from $15–$35). Gingerbread House Bake & Build
Gather the whole family and join in the fun Baking and Building your very own show-stopping gingerbread house from scratch during this festive Family Bake-along experience. Together, we will combine the wonderful flavors of gingerbread and use the dough to create the pieces that will be used to “build” breathtaking houses. We will also whip up the perfect batch of stiff Royal Icing—the edible “glue” that holds everything together and is used to decorate the houses with candies and delicious treats. Participants will receive a professionally made PDF ingredient list and prep packet a week in advance of the class to allow time for shopping and preparation. The packet will also include the Instructor’s “Gingerbread House Specific” Recipe that she has tested time and time again to ensure the cookie pieces are delicious but strong enough to hold the weight of the icing and decorations. A template that will need to be printed and cut out before class to be used as a “pattern” will also be included. Whether you are starting a new family tradition, or continuing a beloved one, this cozy, joy-filled experience will leave everyone smiling, and maybe sneaking a few gumdrops. By the end, participants will have built not just a stunning work of art, but sweet memories to last a lifetime! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This class will take place on Zoom, free online software. Stained Glass Mosaic
Learn to create a beautiful piece of mosaic art using stained glass. You'll start by picking or creating patterns. Your inspiration for your piece can be shared with Community Services so the design can be drafted before the class starts, or you can use instructor ideas that you can choose from the day of the class. You will learn how to safely cut glass to create tiles, how to lay your tiles to accentuate your design, and how to glue, grout and finish your design!All of the tools and supplies for your piece are included in the price, as well as a mid-day lunch to be held in the space above the glass studio. This is a great activity to do with a group of family members or friends! Just contact Community Services at 320.632.7902 and we can help with that registration.
